Baylight Publishing writers have copyrights for both their underlying original composition (PA) and the master (SR), and we have clearance for licensing.

Upon request, we can make available copies of all PA and SR copyright registration numbers for our music catalog. We have no encumbrances associated with the works.    

We have signed agreements with our writers which allows us to license the works at a moment's notice (for quick clearance) and we have the ability to negotiate on behalf of the songwriter.

We have audio material available on mp3 for pre-screening, and are able to send Master Quality CDs.
